The law surrounding Right To Light goes back to the Prescription Act of 1832 where a window needs to have received light for at least 20 years. The law has since been updated and can be assessed by surveyors. Skywise uses surveyors, backed by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and specialist Right Of Light solicitors. Having the right team will dictate how successful your outcome will be.
