Once instructed, Skywise surveyors contacts the developer in order to quickly reserve your Right to Light.

STEP 2

We organise a survey

One of our specialist surveyors will visit your property in order to assess the impact of the offending development. We can then advise you of your rights and any claim to be made.

STEP 3

A settlement is negotiated

Skywise negotiates with the developer to achieve the best outcome for you. Remedies include compensation payment, reduction in development height or an injunction against the ongoing development.
